In JGLS, Tanvee Nandan teaches Alternative Dispute Resolution and Company Law. Her areas of research interest are gender and society, alternative dispute resolution and its impact on access to justice; and labour law. She has completed her LLM with Distinction from University College London in 2016, where the focus of her studies was on the interaction between gender and society, as seen through interdisciplinary lenses of alternative dispute resolution, labour law and human rights. Her thesis during my LLM was on the organisation of women in the informal sector, and how informal labour has a particular impact on women. Prior to the LLM, Tanvee was an associate with Amarchand Mangaldas (now Shardul Amarchand) after graduating from National Law University, Delhi in 2014 after completing her undergraduate studies.
